The main features of the consideration of consumer protection cases

This article examines some procedural features of the consideration of consumer protection cases. In the course of the study, we came to the conclusion that an important task of the state is to create and ensure a high level of protection of the rights of consumers who are the most vulnerable subjects in civil legal relations. The unambiguity of the interpretation of the norms of law, the correctness of their application and extensive judicial practice contributes to the fact that this system performs its direct function - to protect the rights of the consumer.
