Fundamentals and risks of the project to create a special economic zone of tourist-recreational type based on public-private partnership

The article describes the main terms and forms of public-private partnerships that are used in the formation of a special economic zone for tourism and recreation. The main risks of the project are identified, and also directions for reducing them are considered.
