In this article the author considered the main provisions and definitions of relevance of motivational systems of personnel management. The influence of the motivation system on the efficiency of employee productivity is considered. In the course of the study, the main tasks of the motivational system were studied. The influence of the choice of motivation theories on the further formation of motivational systems is revealed.
