The main theses of the conception of teachers' training focused on development of school students' Ethnic socialization

The article deals with the methods of resolution of educational problems associated with development and functioning of national cultures, preservation of ethnic national components of spiritual culture and lifestyle of peoples. The need for a theoretical conception is determined by the necessity to improve the practical preparedness of teachers and students of pedagogical universities to work in a multiethnic environment. The conception of teachers' training focused on preparedness to work on school students' ethnic socialization is developed on the basis of implementation of methodological approaches: system, synergetic and culturological, and substantiation of effective mechanisms of their initiation contributing to the development of teachers' creative potential applied in the work with school students of different nationalities.
