Main provisions of the technique of information support in assessing the efficiency of technological innovations using fuzzy modeling methods

The article highlights the results of the developing a methodology of forming an information base for evaluating the efficiency of technological innovations. The technique is adapted to the conditions of technological innovation management at industrial enterprises, as well as to the system concept of performance evaluation from the standpoint of non-stochastic uncertainty. The results of the study of the content and of methodically significant conditions for the information support formation in the assessment of the input parameters of the model of fuzzy inference of the innovation performance indicator are presented. The result shows the relevance of a wide range of information support methods and the importance of expert assessments as a means of solving uncertainty. The explication of the factors of internal innovation environment is given, and the means of expert assessment based on the ontology of the innovation process are developed. The developed information support technique allows for a comprehensive and holistic picture of the conditions for implementing an innovative project in the early stages of its life cycle. This forms the basis for a reliable assessment of efficiency as a criterion for developing solutions in the management of technological innovations.
