General provisions of methodology of transport infrastructure optimization in the formation of spatial fixed economic system

This article is devoted to research of problems associated with the optimization of the region's transport infrastructure in the context of building the infrastructure framework of its economic development. The development of the region is concerned with the need to build an effective spatial-fixed economic system. Theoretical determination of the morphology and the parameters of the localized economic system is implementing by using an interdisciplinary methodology, which is based on the spatial economy’s theory - theory of the "closeness". The model of transport infrastructure optimization is constructing on hypergraph of transport network. The approach, which is implementing in this study, is implying that transport infrastructure plays a dual role. On the one hand, its functions are determined by the needs of the regional economy in development of natural resources, which is located on this territory. On the other hand, transport infrastructure provides communications for the "closeness" of the spatial economy.
