Basic legal systems of the countries of the world: formation and development trends

As the main legal systems of the world, legal scientists traditionally underline the Romano-German and Anglo-Saxon legal systems that determine the main paths of the world legal development. The article analyzes the formation of these legal systems and the degree of influence the integration trends on them. The authors concluded that in the context of globalization, the boundaries between the legal systems of the countries all over the world are gradually blurring and their rapid convergence is observed.
