Basic principles of the activities of the investigative and operational group in solving and investigating crimes

The scientific article is devoted to issues related to one of the most important areasof activity of any state in modern society - the fight against crime. Unfortunately, according to theauthor, Russia is no exception and in our state, one can observe an intensification of the criminalsituation, which is mainly due to the growth of professional and group crime. Particular attentionis paid to the study of problems associated with the goal of more effectively combating suchnegative manifestations of society by law enforcement agencies. Methods, methods and proposalsare considered to develop such forms of organization and activity of power structures that wouldstrengthen law and order in the country and increase the effectiveness of the fight against crime.According to the author, one of the most successful and effective activities is the interaction of aninvestigator of internal affairs bodies with other departments and services, both when initiatingand investigating criminal cases.
