Main problems of implementation of currency control and way of their decision

The article reveals the main problems of currency control in Russia, carried out by the customs authorities. The main directions of work on their solution are defined. The subject of legal regulation of the currency legislation of the Russian Federation is disclosed. The key sources of funds leakage from Russia are identified. The scheme of work of "one-day firms"is illustrated. The FCS, together with the FTS and the Bank of Russia, is developing a mechanism for distributing information between currency control bodies.
