The main issues of designing the logistic system of the north- west region of Russia

In this article the authors have an attempt to systematize the modern experience of development of logistic systems of the Russian regions for the purposes of ensuring the continued functioning of the regional economy. The article reveals the con- tributors subjective position, involving a wide range of issues of logistic systems development. The main result of the conducted study has highlighted the place and role of logistic system of the North-West Federal District by the article authors with regard to the development of international economic links.
