The main problems of implementation of public hearings in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the study of problematic issues in the conduct of public hearings, the legal aspects of the main problems arising in the conduct of public hearings. The author proposes a direction to improve the legal institution of public hearings and justified the priority directions for its development.
