The main contraindications to the use of group therapy when working with children and adolescents

The article analyzes the modern concepts of the main contraindications for the participation of children and adolescents in group work. The current trends in group work with children and adolescents are considered, the descriptive nature of the research and emphasis on the thematic component of the work are noted. Little attention is paid to the formation of the group stage, which are essential to enhance the effectiveness of psychotherapy and reducing its adverse effects.
