Main ways of development of international commercial arbitration

The article reveals aspects of the development of international commercial arbitration in the Russian Federation, raising its quality and relevance for civil society, developing arbitrage on a new qualitative level, enhancing the credibility and attractiveness of arbitration, as well as investment attractiveness and de-inflation of the national economy. A systematic analysis of trends in the development of arbitrage and its main changes has been made. The main goal for today is to strengthen the interest of its big business.
