The main differences between bribery and commercial bribery

This article examines the main, key differences between such corruption-related crimes as bribery and commercial bribery, and also emphasizes the importance of distinguishing these concepts. The features of the differentiation of the compared acts are described in detail. Special attention is paid to the disclosure of the definitions of "bribery" and "commercial bribery".
