Main stages of proceedings on cases on administrative offenses in the field of construction

This article discusses the main stages of proceedings on administrative offenses in the field of construction. Prevention and suppression of violations of the requirements of regulatory legal acts, building codes and rules should become one of the priority areas for the activities of law enforcement, as a variety, control and supervisory authorities. This is evidenced by the adoption in recent years of a number of normative legal acts regulating public relations in the construction industry. Using their constitutional right, the subjects of the Russian Federation are actively involved in lawmaking, unfortunately, not always successfully. As a result, we came to the conclusion that on the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation, the law enforcer is forced to resolve the conflict between the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and the law of the subject of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses.
