The basic tendencies of modern terrorism in conditions globalization

In article attempt is undertaken on the basis of an extensive material to analyse new tendencies of the international terrorism development, connected with process of global changes in world politics and the international relations. The big attention is given definition of terrorism as public phenomenon and appropriate scientific concept. The author tries to generalize the characteristics which have appeared in the literature and parameters of «new terrorism» to reveal its features and difference from «old», to connect with specificity of the changed global order.
