Basic theoretical aspects of management decisions during implementing ERP project at the enterprise

The purpose of this article is to analyze critical success factors and the risk of introducing an enterprise resource planning system (ERP). The article describes the systemic difficulties associated with the implementation of an ERP project and outlines the conceptual solutions necessary to expand the project management, as well as a general understanding of the implementation of the ERP project and its validation. The current body of knowledge is presented on the basis of the author’s personal experience in implementing ERP projects in enterprises.
