The basic conditions formation of interstate migration processes (for example of Russia and Mongolia)

Thе article is devoted to problem of multiethnic migration between Russia and Mongolia. This multiethnic composition contributes to a pattern common in many migration flows, whereby migrants move to those locations in the destination countries where the correspondent Diaspora exists: this also stimulates cross-borders migrations and frontier trade, and promotes development of small business in both countries.
