The main issues of macroeconomics: the convergence of labor and capital, social partnership

The article it is about a macroeconomics role as an industry of the Economics in life of society and state. Studying branch of knowledge “Macroeconomics” is caused by interests of society and necessity to understand economic events and processes. The article author engages an attempt to formulate questions and answers to the main macroeconomics issues, to allocate main goals, tasks and responsibilities of government in the conditions of the market economy development. Specifying the necessity for rapprochement between labour and capital, their social partnership in the contemporary conditions of the state development, keeping a high employment level in a national economy the idea is supported the necessity to deal issues of increasing the wage and minimum monthly pay to the subsistence minimum (SM). The suggestions are substantiated the necessity for significant investment from the state part and large business in the human capital development.
