The basics of authoritarian (technocratic) pedagogy

The article examines the paradigms of learning, which are currently being studied in pedagogy as the main ones - authoritarian (technocratic) and personality-oriented (humanistic). B. Skinner is considered to be the developer of authoritarian (technocratic) pedagogy. In his opinion, the process of personal development must be strictly controlled, therefore, the results of the process are pre-projected results.
