With the aim to definer requirements of agricultural products consumers and fundamental norms and rules of quality management forming in agro-industrial complex companies during this research we observed market of international food-makers on the territory of Russian Federation; analyzed world and Russian standards and requirements to the food and agricultural products quality; create supply on forming process of quality management system in agro-industrial complex companies. As a result of the research specific recommendations of GOST R ISO 22006-2012, which will be useful for implementation of effective QMS for producers of crop, were determined; authorial pyramid of quality management system in agro-industrial complex was elaborated.
