Principles and perspectives of cooperation between the Kyrgyz State Drug Control Service and the FDCS of Russia

A historical sketch of the development of the State Drug Control Service affiliated to the government of the Kyrgyz Republic, problems of its functioning and goals for the nearest future are considered in the article. The author underlines the significant role of cooperation with the FDCS of Russia in counteraction to drug menace. The necessity and perspectives of training of highly professional personnel for this service at the Siberian Law Institute of the FDCS of Russia are pointed out.
