The article discusses the concept of an innovative approach to personnel management, notes its importance for improving the efficiency of the organization. The classification of the factors of the formation of an innovative approach in personnel management according to their essence: reinforcing, supporting, blocking. Conclusions are made about the main goals of introducing an innovative approach to personnel management, the application of which will allow the management of the organization to more effectively use the internal potential of employees.
