The fundamentals of the personnel policy of electric grid companies

The article is devoted to the study of personnel policy as a strategy for personnel management of electric grid companies. This is due to the peculiarities of new approaches to personnel as a special resource and source of welfare organizations. The introduction of innovative changes in the economy causes the emergence of new approaches to the formation and implementation of the personnel policy of organizations.
