Basic methodology of rationing labor intensity for series-produced armaments

The paper considers conceptual provisions of labor-intensiveness rationing methodology in the state defence order on serial production of key armaments, assuming the formation of main tasks and the subject area of the research in relation to labor standards. The basic concepts of labor standards and norms as well as their classification are outlined. Substantive principles, functions, methods of rationing at the enterprises of defence-industrial complex in terms of serial production of armaments are described. Author characterizes the stages of the development algorithm of basic labor standards, gives methodological recommendations for determining labor intensity standards for serial armaments production by using an alternative approach based on a technological equivalent. The quality indicators of the labor rationing system in defence-industrial complex are outlined. Inference is drawn on the practical relevance of the proposed methodology.
