Basics of supervision organization over the safety of operation of heat installations at agricultural enterprises

Ensuring safe working conditions in our country is national task. Its solution is associated with the introduction of safe equipment and tightening control over its operation, mechanization and automation of production processes. In the context of rise in the number of agricultural enterprises, natural growth and expansion of energy supply systems is observed, which increases the growth of supervision over the safe operation of energy equipment at agricultural enterprises. Many elements of this system, for example, boilers, pipelines, gas equipment, are objects of increased danger, the destruction of which can lead to human casualties and great material damage. Also, uninterrupted heat supply is one of the important conditions for the normal functioning of agricultural enterprises, since accidents in this system lead to great economic damage. In this regard, attention will be drawn to this particular type of equipment. It is obvious that the issues of safe operation of thermal equipment at agricultural enterprises are very important and require comprehensive solution. Measures for the safe operation of thermal equipment are divided into two large blocks as organizational and technical ones. It is proposed to consider the first block as the organization of supervisory activities during the operation of thermal installations at enterprise. Persons who are responsible for the heat eco-nomy and for the operation of individual sections are responsible for organizing and implementing fire-prevention measures. But in our case, the main task of the operation service of thermal equipment for safety supervision is the development of general control strategy, the definition of blocks for the impact of supervision. Thus, it can be concluded that control over the safe operation of thermal equipment is complex and multi-stage process that require high level of organization, preparedness of engineering and maintenance personnel, compliance with labor and production discipline, and only in this case acceptable level of control efficiency during operation of thermal equipment can be achieved.
