Fundamentals of professional development of personnel of industrial organizations

The features of professional development of personnel of large industrial enterprises in Russia and abroad are analyzed. The problems of professional development are characterized, such as the imperfection of personnel training programs, motivational programs, a formal approach to their implementation, and others. The main problem is highlighted - the absence of a single complex of developing elements: training, motivation, certification, formation of a personnel reserve and career opportunities of personnel. Recommendations are given on optimizing the practices of professional development of industrial personnel
