Bases of system consideration of korporatviny economy in economic theories

In the article the basic provisions of neoclassical and institutional economic theories revealing system essence of economy and forming methodological base for research of the nature of development of economic system and in particular, complicated open system of corporate economy are considered. The method of decomposition and synthesis of theoretical provisions which has allowed to isolate from the general array of the theories of knowledge created by their representatives having prime value for consideration of corporate economy as complicated system was for this purpose applied. The structured knowledge of a complex of elements of methodology of system consideration of corporate economy which formation and realization will allow to create a complete vision about the nature of dynamics of development of corporate sector is as a result gained as a result and to provide at the same time evolutionary continuity, development and synthesis significant and corresponding to modern realities to provisions of neoclassical and institutional economic theories. Consideration of a role of a human factor in development of economic systems, and influence on development of economic systems of an environment, external in relation to them, and complicated structural character of the economy formed by various subsystems spliced among themselves and an economy inclusiveness in big system of social development with its social, political and legal and other systems, and other aspects of system representation of economy investigated by the economic theories considered in work also concerns to those. As a result of the analysis which is carried out in the article a conclusion is made that in formation of methodology of system consideration of economy and, in particular, systems of corporate economy, the system economic paradigm (the system economic theory) has to be a reference point is created. Completeness of researches of modern scientific potential of development of adequate decisions on ensuring a backbone modernization of national economy can be provided, including, use of the results received as a result of researches.
