The author developed an algorithm to improve the efficiency of the transport system in the region on the basis of subject-object analysis, established the key interrelations of the regional transport system, identified the "critical zone" contradictions within the regional transport system, defining its qualitative development. Innovative transport technologies are considered as a major factor contributing to the regional development of Siberian Federal District.
