Based on the study of heat and mass transfer in a stack of fresh products the author of the article worked out and developed physical and mathematical model of the repository as a single bioenergetic storage of potatoes and vegetables. The dynamics of temperature fields on the height of the stack with biologically active raw materials is found out.
