The article presents a study of the psychological characteristics of the labor migrants' adaptation. Considered features of the labour migrants adaptation in the cleaning sector. Shown the position of managers working with migrants on their adaptation and working ability. In the role of the manager acts the person who is a supervisor of a certain segment and work implementation controller.
