Features of administrative responsibility minors for participation in unauthorized activities

The article deals with the topic of the administrative responsibility of young people for participation in unauthorized events. A sociological survey was conducted among underage youth. The problem of digital security of youth is indicated. The purpose of this article is to study the legal responsibility, including of underage youth, for participating in unauthorized public events. The objectives of this article were to determine the procedure for holding public mass events, establish a punishment for the participation of minors in unauthorized rallies, conduct a mini-sociological survey among minors, process the data obtained and raise the problem of digital security of the younger generation.
