Features anti-monopoly control over disposal of state property

The article discusses the antitrust authorities in exercising control over the disposal of state property on the example of Rostov OFAS Russia. In conclusion to the article, the author comes to the conclusion that in spite of the fact that currently there is no concept in antimonopoly legislation о“antimonopoly control”, the antimonopoly bodies successfully perform the functions assigned to them, exercise control over the disposal of state property, by expanding the opportunities for obtaining natural and legal persons rights in relation to state property, developing fair competition, ensuring transparency and transparency in transferring rights to dealing with state property, preventing corruption and other abuses.
