Now one of important aspects of pathogenesis study of hypoxemic affections of the central nervous system is research of membrane disturbances: peroxide lipids oxidation, cytochemical indicators of enzyme blood cell activity, on which intensity of exchange processes depends. No small importance in newborn adaptation is attached to thyroid system function, exerting influence on the course of exchange processes in organism. 201 prematurely newborn of various degree gestation with hypoxemic affection of the central nervous system were under observation. Decrease of oxidatively-reductional enzymatic activity at deep-newborns, and also reduction of the indices of general and free thyroxin and increase of thyreotrophin in hormonal patient status were exsposed by hematological, biochemical and harmonic research methods.
