Features of certification of municipal employees in Russia

The article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of certification of municipal employees in the Russian Federation. The regulatory framework, the specifics of the organization and conduct of certification are analyzed, and the main problems in this area are identified. Based on the analysis of certification practices in various municipalities, specific recommendations are proposed for improving certification procedures. Special attention is paid to the introduction of modern HR technologies and methods for assessing the professional competence of municipal employees.
