Features of bankruptcy of individuals in the Russian Federation

The article discusses the mechanisms and features of bankruptcy of individuals in the Russian Federation. The opinions and positions of scientists and researchers in the field of bankruptcy law are studied. The content of the concept of insolvency, as well as its flaws, is considered. The article discusses the problems that arise in practice in Arbitration courts, when making a decision or ruling by the court on declaring a citizen bankrupt. A number of measures have been identified, the implementation of which is necessary to improve law enforcement practice during this procedure.
