Features of bankruptcy of unitary enterprises

The concept of bankruptcy of enterprises is disclosed. Specifics of recognition of unitary insolvencies will be determined. In this paper, we study the legislation that regulates the procedure for the bankruptcy of unitary enterprises. The reasons for these features are revealed. The procedures of unitary and commercial enterprises are compared at each stage of bankruptcy. Positive and negative aspects of the bankruptcy procedure are determined.
