Features of the safety of minors in the Russian Federation

The article deals with the safety of minors. With the help of a comparative legal method, it was possible to trace the laws of the development of the fundamentals of the safety of minors in both international and domestic legislation. Through the analysis of normative legal acts, it was possible to identify the constitutional and legal basis for the safety of minors. The range of main threats to the security of minors in the Russian Federation at the present stage has been identified and analyzed. The urgent need to strengthen legal safeguards for minors during the pandemic is justified.
