In order to succeed in the sphere of restaurant business, especially in the face of a highly competitive environment, one's enterprise must prove to be unique, recognizable, as well as able to separate itself from all others amassed in the customer's mind. Therefore, skillful brand building has become a necessary remedy for success among those striving to acquire a favourable position in the labor market. The article is pending upon the specifics of establishing a catering brand.
