There is considered in the article the role of a customs representative in the process of customs clearance and the specific of pricing in the provision of services to participants in foreign economic activity. Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the pricing policy of the enterprise, the necessary generalizations are made and the directions of the solution are indicated.
