The purpose of the study was a comparative investigation of intracardiac and lung hemodynamic figures changes in Myocardial Infarction men under 60 years old depending from the presence/absence of the arterial hypertension in order to evaluate early stages of chronic heart failure development. There were 466 men with the primary and secondary Myocardial Infarction enrolled in the study Processed findings evidence that secondary Myocardial Infarction has less impact on systolic function of the heart in arterial hypertension patients. However, decrease of systolic function of the heart in arterial hypertension patients with secondary Myocardial Infarction and subsequent peripheral blood circulation disturbances both, in acute period and afterwards are meaningfully greater compared to the group of patients with a normal state of the blood pressure. This made us conclude that presence of arterial hypertension in secondary Myocardial Infarction patients is one of the reasons leading to chronic heart failure development and progression.
