Features of digitalization of additional education of children and youth in the Republic of Belarus

The article considers the nature, specificity, structure of digitalization of the system of additional education of children and youth in the Republic of Belarus. Scientific and methodological principles, components of the digitalization strategy of continuing education are disclosed. An innovative experience of testing an innovative project for creating a network methodological republican cluster of additional education for children and youth is proposed. The interpretation of the phenomenon of additional education in substantive and structural-functional aspects is justified.
