In the sphere of public power in recent years has undergone several changes. Now, in order to be successful in the competition, it is not enough just to produce products and create services. You need to constantly improve, be sure to control the quality, develop a marketing plan and use the latest technology to minimize costs. And all this in order to improve its position relative to its competitors. The article discusses the categories of customers, which guided enterprises of public catering.
