Peculiarities of personality destructiveness and status in an officers’ team

The article considers the structure of an officers’ team in relation to peculiarities of the officers’ destructiveness. The researcher dwells on the results of empirical study of informal status of team members depending on hedonistic, asocial and egoistic setups, controversies in formal and informal positions of the leaders.
