We revealed that using 24-hour monitoring of arterial pressure (AP) allows to reliably determine risk levels of occurring complications in arterial hypertension patients compared to office values. We developed a new system of cardiovascular complications risk stratification: classification of AP based upon average daily AP. Method of automatic analysis of AP ambulatory monitoring data which gives more precise assessment of daily and nightly AP parameters. Predictors of cerebrovascular complications are revealed. Comparative analysis of carvedilol and bisoprolol using showed that treatment with these drugs was associated with significant decreasing liquorodynamics disturbances.
