Peculiarities of the dynamics of immunological measurements in patients with the knee osteoarthrosis after performing correcting periarticular osteotomy

The results of immunological examination of 35 patients with II-III stage of idiopathic and posttraumatic gonarthrosis after making high osteotomy of leg bones with simultaneous decompression tunnelization of the patella and femoral epimetaphysis are presented. The changes of cellular and humoral immunity are demonstrated and the dynamics of serum IL-1β is shown throughout 12-18 months after surgical intervention for non-complicated postoperative period. The obtained data can serve as reference tests for monitoring the assessment of effectiveness of surgical treatment in patients with gonarthrosis using the technique worked out at Federal State Science Institution «Russian Ilizarov Scientific Center "Restorative Traumatology and Orthopaedics" of Russian Health Service» and be recommended for use in orthopaedic surgeon practice.
