The remote work format did not always have a good reputation and high-performance indicators, but with competent personnel management practicing remote work, it is possible not only to stay at the level of the company's current performance indicators, but also to increase it. This article discusses the features of the work of a remote format, provides the results of studies that analyze the efficiency and productivity of telecommuting employees, and discusses the difficulties and advantages that employers may face when switching to telecommuting.
