In dynamics of monthly data of solar activity for the period in 262 years, three levels of hierarchy have been allocated. At each level of hierarchy by a method of share tendencies it has been established, that the memory result of amplitudes has the distinctive characteristics which depend on influence of external space factors and factors inside of solar system.
