Features of spiritual and moral education of the individual in Dagestan by means of musical art (at the turn of the XIX-XX century)

The leading hypothesis is the assumption that without studying the history of native land , its folklore and traditions, the first schools and teachers - the harmonious development of personality in a national Republic, as well as the process of musical education will be possible.
