The features of financing of socially-important enterprises in crisis conditions

The article describes the features of financing of socially-important enterprises. It is concluded that since achieving social development is primarily a priority of the state, rather than the private business, in the current economic climate the main focus should be placed on the government support. By case study of companies working in the field of production and distribution of electricity and heat, the author identifies the key problems of financing in crisis times. The main directions of current financial mechanisms and instruments improvement are suggested.
